Satya is a senior manager with Kearney, where she works with energy, automotive, and FMCG clients in areas such as digital transformation, pricing, go-to market strategy, organization, and process design.

A passionate technophile with a penchant for travel and cultural immersion, she treasures her Kearney global experience that includes Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia in addition to her home base in India.

“Working on similar topics and industries across various geographies has enabled me to develop a very well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities in front of my clients and a creative ability to cross-pollinate ideas and provide innovative solutions.”

She is particularly thrilled about digital becoming a CEO-agenda item. “The increasing recognition of the true potential of technology and its ability to add business value beyond being a back-office or cost optimization lever is truly gratifying,” she says, talking about the mindset shift she has witnessed in clients over the past few years.
